Trail Notes

Rifle Trail is a wide singletrack roller coaster running down to Sky Valley Road from Guion Trail.  Lots of waterbars make for a fun mountain bike ride.  The trail is rated moderate but bikers will need good braking control since the trail is fairly steep in places.

The footing is mostly good with a few areas of erosion and loose rocks.  Elevation change is all downhill from Guion Trail to Sky Valley Road with few level sectons.  Poplar trail branches off about halfway down Rifle Trail.
